Responsible for abstracting, filing, updating, and reporting on lease records for the Company’s lease portfolio including inputting leases into a centralized database, communicating with respective business owners and landlords, and ensuring all related documents are scanned and properly indexed.

Abstract leases and amendments into a centralized database and update lease records accordingly.
Responsible for gathering and preparing leasing metrics and reports.
Communicates internally with business owners along with legal personnel and externally with landlords on lease related matters including equipment changes/additions, lease terminations, and lease payments.
Assist in identifying, tracking, and the negotiation of renewals with landlords for expiring leases.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
REQUIRED
Minimum two years’ work experience (relevant internship experience is acceptable) related to real estate contracts and/or leases.
Must be able to format, organize and calculate data in excel using formulas and pivot tables.
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively on a team.
Must be able to format documents and slides in PowerPoint.
PREFERRED
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or business-related field and Paralegal Certificate preferred.
Working knowledge of Tririga Real Estate Management Software is a plus.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORKING CONDITIONS: Some weekend work may be required. Must be able to sit for long periods of time and use computer keyboard and/or mouse, while viewing computer screen.
