Responsible for serving as an administrative assistant to the Director of Operations, Facilities and IT Coordinators and providing clerical assistance for the efficient and effective operation of the school administrative offices.
Duties include but not limited to:
· Handle routine correspondence memos, purchase orders, invoices, work orders, room/trip requests, and reports
· Coordinate outside events; reserve through building use process and invoicing
· Lead the setup/tear down for building events
· District ID badge process
· Process transportation department requests and maintain driver certification records
Qualifications: High school diploma or general education degree (GED), Five years related experience, Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Superintendent and/or Board of Education may find appropriate, Documented evidence of acceptable criminal record as required by Ohio law and Board Policy
