Our agency is looking for:
* Positive, hardworking, dedicated full- time collector.
* Heavy phone work, excellent communication skills and the ability to muti-task needed.
* Team player and great attitude a must.
*Knowledge of HIPAA, FDCPA, and insurance billing a plus.
* Bilingual a plus.
- Contact individuals to collect outstanding debts.
- Negotiate payment plans and settlements with debtors.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collection activities.
- Follow all applicable laws and regulations regarding debt collection practices.
- Provide excellent customer service while handling sensitive financial situations.
Experience:
- Previous experience in debt collection or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of medical collection practices and terminology are a plus.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle difficult conversations with professionalism and empathy.
- Proficiency in using collection software and other relevant tools.
- Experience with telemarketing or customer service roles is beneficial.
FT position= 40-hour work week (9:00-5:30) which includes one late night (9:30 -6:00)

Pay: $21.00 - $22.00 per hour
