With this in mind, we expect all employees to provide the highest quality service and best results. We are looking for a Medical Debt Collector that will be punctual and will have excellent attendance. Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills who can handle high call volume and the ability to multitask.

* Negotiate payment plans and settlements with debtors.

* Maintain accurate and up-to date records of all collection activities.

* Follow all applicable laws and regulations regarding debt collection practices.

* Ability to handle difficult conversations with professionalism and empathy.

FT position=40-hour work week 9:00-5:30 with one late night from 9:30-6:00

* Bilingual a plus

*Knowledge of HIPAA, FDCPA, and insurance billing a plus!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
