What are the responsibilities and job description for the PC Technician position at C-Vision Inc.?

End User/ PC Technician

Roswell, GA

Contract

Onsite

Technical will work on-site with End User Services Team (aka - PC Support/Repair team).

Technical will support End Users in a Remote and Onsite support model.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Build/Image Notebooks/Desktops (with specific work instruction)
  • Hardware Inventory Management (receive hardware, count stock)
  • Prepping equipment for deployment or retirement (Formatting Hard drives, sorting stock, testing of older equipment)
  • Deployment of New End User Hardware (laptops, desktop, accessories)
  • OS Supported: Windows, Linux, MacBook (iOS)
  • Troubleshoot Hardware and Operating System Issues
  • Work from a Ticket Based System
  • OS Supported: Windows, Linux, MacBook (iOS)

Technical needs to be able to

  • Interacting with End Users in a professional and courteous manner
  • Adapt quickly to change in workload priorities
