Title: Site Superintendent
Location: Dayton, OH
Salary: Full Time - Salary Position - $95,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience.
Hours: Monday – Thursday 6:00 am until 4:30 pm
Job Description
What Will I Be Doing?
Here are just a few things you can expect to do daily:
- Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, supervising and coordinating the work of employees who repair and maintain industrial equipment
- Prepares work schedules, assigns work, and oversees the work product. Familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures
- Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
- Performs a variety of complicated tasks. Employee will perform any and all other duties that are assigned by the Site Account Manager
- Be responsible for management, direction, coordination and performance of craft through field supervision; Communicates with supervisors and customer on service delivery; Acts as a liaison between the Account Manager, Supervisors, Planners, and Departments
- Must be able to promote C&W Services both internally and externally; Mentor with high standards; and ensure compliance with all company / customer regulations, policies and procedures to include all applicable codes, standards and specifications
- Communications with all team members to assist the development of short and long-range goals and objectives
- Coordinate and direct RCA’s to facilitate team growth during opportunities to improve department. Direct team members by allocating time for one on one coaching
- Achieve performance expectations set forth as part of performance appraisals; Teach and promote our services to the customer for value impact to their business
- Ensure accurate administrative duties of all team members; time accounting, job planning, work order completion, ordering materials, work load assessment and up-date / review maintenance management system (ASAP)
- Ensure team members work with scheduling department; all work is scheduled, up-dated, and closed appropriately. Work with Team members to allocate resources as required, coordinate shut downs, contact vendors for plant and maintenance requirements
- Ensure team members perform assigned tasks in a safe, effective, and efficient manner
- Must maintain positive customer and employee relations
- Procure, coordinate, and schedule training seminars and activities for employee development
- Any and all other duties as assigned

- Education: Possess a high school degree or an approved GED.
- Experience: 10 years industrial mechanical experience
- HS Diploma or GED required
- Background check and drug screen required
What are the physical demands of the role?
While performing the duties of this job:
- • The ability to observe details at close range (within a few feet of the observer).

• Manual Dexterity — The ability to quickly grasp, manipulate, or assemble objects.
• Substantial lifting (up to 50 pounds) is required

• Ability to ascend and descend staircases, ladders, and/or step stools
• Ability to operate applicable hand tools, power tools, and equipment
• Ability to operate forklifts or other vehicles in a safe manner
• Ability to wear a respirator while performing job duties
• Communication/ Expression —The ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand.
• Information Ordering — The ability to arrange things or actions in a certain order or pattern according to a specific rule or set of rules (e.g., patterns of numbers, letters, words, pictures, mathematical operations).
