Switchboard Operator

Location: Wayzata, MN
Salary: Full Time - $15.00 to $15.50 per hr.
Shift: 1st Shift
Days: Monday – Friday
Hours: 7:30am - 04:00pm

In accordance with C&W Services policies and procedures, this role is the central point of contact and responsible for meet, greet and direct all employees, contractors and guests. This position interacts regularly with approximately 50-100 employees per day while maintaining superior customer.

• Answer, decipher, and transfer incoming calls from the switchboard
• Ability to operate a multi-line phone system
• Update switchboard contact lists and phone numbers
• Follow written procedures on important calls
• Interact and work with informal and formal teams, with other employees and customer representatives from various departments demonstrating a professional demeanor at all times.
• Report to IFM Business Manager on a regular basis (weekly/monthly) on conditions relative to general operations, assigned tasks, and day to day activities
• Responsible for participating in training and continued professional development in the areas of advancing safety and general skill improvement.
• Ability to work mandatory overtime hours to accommodate coverage
• Perform all other tasks as assigned by the IFM Business Manager in response to the needs of the client.
• This role is the central point of contact to the client headquarters located in Wayzata, MN. This position interacts regularly with customers and high-profile guests. Interaction with approximately 100-200 various global calls per day while maintaining superior customer services and willingness to assist callers.
