WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT This position is eligible for a sign on bonus Gather, analyze and report to evaluate and improve services. Monitor interpreting agencies; assess the performance of contracted interpreting agencies; resolve performance issues; verify interpreting invoices. Create schedule to provide staffing for efficient operations. Meet and interact with management, clinical staff and others for optimal service. Maintain and create updates to department policies and procedures. Supervise the work of others and manage the performance of individuals through feedback and recommendations. Maintain and update information required to be recorded in both the electronic and paper phone books. Participate in people management activities for direct team members such as conducting performance evaluations, disciplinary actions, and interviews. Coordinate staffing schedule to provide volume and patient-specific need-based staffing; adapt schedule to adjust for staff shortages ensuring adequate staffing for quality patient care.
