Overview
Job Description: C2 Center Directors are the foremost representatives of C2’s educational philosophy and are the key to our success. Center Directors are responsible for overall center management, guiding academic outcomes for our students, and achieving business growth goals. Center Directors also create and sustain strong relationships with parents, partners, and the local community. Must have a 4-year college degree and experience in sales and/or education. Evening and weekend hours required.
Responsibilities
Major Responsibilities:
- Manage in person operations at a designated center(s) during operating hours
- Develop and manage a class schedule that services your team of educators and students to maximize learning and operational goals
- Work directly with prospective and enrolled families in developing academic and college admissions goals
- Generate prospective student leads through local, grassroots marketing and programming in the community and drive enrollment growth through expert academic knowledge
- Manage a team of educators and support personnel to deliver on all goals for both students and the business
- Drive sales goals and academic outcomes to support a growing student population*** Note: 5 weeks of comprehensive onboarding/training is provided to all new hires to position you for success.
Key Skills:
- Knowledge of K-12 learning trends and the changing academic landscape preferred
- Background in consultative sales, marketing, and/or education
- Strong written and verbal communication skills that allow for clear and concise articulation of academic plans
- Management experience with a team of 5 or more members
- Flexibility and confidence working in a fast-paced environment with comfort, problem solving and multi-tasking
Qualifications
Additional Qualifications:
- Must have a completed and conferred 4-year degree
- Must be eligible to work in the US and able to pass a background check
- 3-5 years progressive growth in management or consultative sales
- Bilingual in English, and Mandarin or Korean a plus
- Ability to travel in assigned area on a regular basis
