About the Role

Who you are
- Analytical, curious and detail oriented.
- Strong analytical reasoning and ability to interpret data visualizations.
- You can translate business problems into data-driven solutions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- SQL, Excel, data visualization skills are preferred but not required. If you do not know SQL, we will cover costs of training.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, meet deadlines and communicate with stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Drive analysis for real business decisions, problems and assess results for campaigns
- Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports
- Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
- Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
- Prepare Daily, Weekly and Monthly KPI and MIS reports
- Work with management to prioritize business and information needs
- MIS preparation, Data Analysis & Dashboarding
- Provide ongoing support in the design and execution new sales tactics, strategies and campaigns
- Effectively collaborate with other teams to cultivate resources necessary to execute
- Solve problems and answer questions using data skills
Preferred Skills, Knowledge & Experience
- Advanced SalesForce.com skills
- Advanced SQL skills
- Advanced Excel & VBA skills
- Vlookup, Hlookup, Pivot Table, Charts, Nested If, Countif, Countifs, Sumif, Sumifs, Sum product, Index, Match, Conditional Formatting, Slicer etc.
- Python coding experience
- Experience in data visualization tools such as Pyramid
Qualifications:
- 2 years experience in Data analysis or consulting
- Bachelors in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management or Statistics
