Here at C3i Solutions, representatives you will maintain customer databases, field customer calls, and resolves problems. Other tasks of a may include:
- Troubleshooting for clients
- Adding product features for customers
- Finding solutions for clients
Program Days/Hours of Operation: Monday - Friday, 8am to 8pm/Saturday (every other) 9am - 6:30pm (Must be available to work these shift/between these hours)
Start Date: 04-APR-2022 (Orientation)
Pay Rate Starts at: $14/hr, excluding benefits & PTO!
Training: Will be onsite at: 1390 Pullman Drive, El Paso, TX 79936
Equipment is provided to ALL!
Experience Needed:
- High School/GED Certification
- Customer Service Experience
- Strong Verbal/Written Communication
- Computer/Typing Skills
- Call Center Experience (preferred)
