Sr. API Developer (Azure APIM)

Part-time (20 - 30 hours a week)

Remote

Strong experience with deploying Azure Active Directory B2C tenants. Responsible to reverse engineering their current developer portal (sitting on Drupal) and recreate it on Azure cloud (native web and app services, APIM API management and developer portal, Entra ID).

Responsibilities
  • Deploying Azure Active Directory B2C tenants, developing requirements for application code leveraging Azure B2C.
  • Resource will be responsible to reverse engineering their current developer portal (sitting on Drupal) and recreate it on Azure cloud.
  • Working across teams following standards and best practices on development of the Apigee Platform.
  • Application development support for the Enterprise Integration team.
  • Developing and being a key role in the API Gateway cloud migration journey.
  • Identify problems through development lifecycle and provide post-production runtime patterns to optimize performance, stability, and cost.
  • Experience with identity and access management in web applications providing internal, B2B, and B2C users ability to enroll, authorize, and authenticate.
  • Create user flows using built-in and custom policies including but not limited to customer policies for user registration and enrollments.
  • Design and develop new developer portal experience using native Azure cloud services by leveraging customer specific branding UI.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong experience deploying Azure Active Directory B2C tenants.
  • API developer portal on APIgee or Azure APIM
  • Proficient knowledge of Implementing REST API for different flows using APIGEE Management APIs for Trace, Develop, Analytics, and integrated, Drupal based portal
  • Design and create advanced network security solutions for open enterprise solutions
  • API Gateway Design, Architect, Implementation, Administration, Development and Management, API Developer Portal Implementation, Administration
  • Microservices development experience building large-scale end-to-end Web applications with Front-end/Back-end Integration and deployment. Google Cloud Platform, Docker, Kubernetes, Service Mesh. Good experience in Core Java and J2EE with Servlets, JSP, JPA, JDBC NodeJS, and end-to-end CICD Pipeline
  • Development experience with .Net, React / Node JS
  • Experience with Azure APIM, Entra ID
