Job Posting for Quality Manager at Cabell Huntington Hospital/St. Mary
Cabell Huntington Hospital is seeking a full-time Quality Manager to work alongside our Physician Services Department.
The incumbent will be responsible for administering care coordination activities for the patients of Marshall Health Network/CHH FMC to meet guidelines and requirements of the third-party insurers' quality and incentive programs. Responsible for strategic planning to meet quality measures set forth by payors and the Accountable Care Organization. Demonstrate competence in sound judgement and critical thinking skills. Maintain skills to relate to changing health care needs. Ability to work independently and collaborate with other team members. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Requirements:- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Junior College/Technical School required.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Active WV LPN license required, RN license preferred.
- Experience in a clinical setting with an electronic medical record preferred. Knowledge of clinical standards, quality reporting, and third-party incentive programs required.
