Overall Function:
Supports the store management team in creating an environment in which all customers are given exceptional service. A cabi Outlet Key Holder has a keen eye for fashion and a passion for building relationships with customers and coworkers. Key Holders play an essential role in managing day-to-day operations and are expected to tackle each day with a leadership mindset. The 30 Hour Key Holder is considered to be part of the management team and is assigned additional duties above and beyond that of a traditional Key Holder.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work independently
· Opening and closing the store
· Ability to delegate and be a positive role model
· Assists the management team with merchandising
· Inventory control
· Assists management team in tracking store performance
· Outgoing with a positive outlook
· Ability to count monies and do bank deposits
· Possesses strong communication skills
· Flexible to work day, evenings, and weekends
· Maintains regular, reliable attendance
·· Answers incoming telephone calls, determines purpose of callers, and forwards calls to appropriate personnel or department. Screens calls for executives.
· Performs related duties as assigned or as the situation dictates.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
Supervises sales associates and key holders while assigned as the manager on duty. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the parent company’s (cabi) policies and applicable laws.
Pre-qualifications:
· Proven working experience as a retail associate or supervisor.
· Good communication skills for communicating with staff and clients.
· Basic computer skills and ability to utilize standard Microsoft programs (excel, outlook, word, etc)
· Ability to count monies and manage store assets and data with integrity.
