Account Payable Clerk
Job Posting for Account Payable Clerk at Cabling & Technology Services
Works directly with the Accounting Manager to distribute timely vendor payments, perform data entry, process full cycle accounts payable, match invoices and perform routine clerical duties as requested.
- Full cycle accounts payable
- Credit card reconciliation and payment
- Complete credit applications for vendors/suppliers
- Research transactions for proper coding and tax payments
- Code documents according to company procedures
- Type reports and correspondence
- Send and receive mail
- Photocopy and distribute documents to managers and staff
- Perform general clerical duties
- Filing and organization
- Provide back-up for other accounting areas as needed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour

Experience:
- Accounts payable: 1 year (Preferred)
- Accounting: 1 year (Preferred)
