The Opportunity:
This is an administrative-type position that offers the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience providing support to Department of Defense (DoD) management and technical personnel, allowing for growth and advancement within the CACI organization as desired. In addition to traditional clerical work such as, but not limited to, preparing correspondence and reports and handling information, the position may offer research and analysis of publications experience.

Responsibilities:
- The candidate will regularly interact with DoD department managers and staff, CACI staff and outside entities.
- The candidate will perform a broad range of administrative tasks, to include managing schedules, preparing correspondence, ordering supplies, answering phones, coordinating meeting logistics, preparing internal reports and briefs, and coordinating travel.
- Compose emails, letters, and other correspondence.
- Transcribe confidential or technical information.
- Take and distribute meeting minutes.
- Handle confidential information.
- Prioritize and carry out special projects and complex assignments as needed, exercising frequent independent judgment to resolve problems and to make routine recommendations.
- Work independently, exercise considerable discretion and leverage professional concepts to solve a variety of problems.
Qualifications:
This is an entry level position requiring minimal related skill and experience. High school diploma. Must have typing/keyboarding skills, to include the ability to operate a variety of office equipment, including PCs, printers, photocopiers, scanners, telephone systems, fax machines, numbering and binding equipment, etc. Must have good communication skills, to include the ability to write and print clearly.
- High school diploma required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft suite including Outlook and Teams.
- Proficiency in creating forms electronically (Microsoft Excel spreadsheets, Microsoft Project schedules, Microsoft PowerPoint presentations, Adobe documents, etc.)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Must possess an active Secret clearance.

Pay Range:
This posting is for a position covered by the Service Contract Labor Standards (SCA). The pay and benefits provided for this position will meet or exceed the minimum required amounts detailed in the wage determination issued by the Department of Labor and made applicable to this position, as incorporated into CACI’s government contract for the work location.
