To enable the Air Force Modeling and Simulation Support Services (AFMS3) program, CACI is seeking an organized and motivated Administrative Assistant to provide support to the program’s Program Management Team (Program Manager, Germany Site Lead, and Finance Lead). This position is part-time (up to 20 hrs per week) and will be remote.
In this role you will act as primary point of contact for administrative issues and anticipate administrative needs to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. You will be challenged with a cross-section of business administration functions in all operations of the organization including managing/performing finance, budget, and HR. You will leverage your previous expertise by coordinating, researching, recommending, and implementing overall business administrative initiatives. Join us!
What You’ll Get to Do:
- Provide professional administrative expertise by coordinating, researching, recommending, implementing overall business administrative initiatives, email follow up, meeting scheduling, project schedules, and analysis of information for function.
- Implement and oversee employee in-processing and out-processing for CACI’s AFMS3 program.
- Implement and track Compliance Training, work permits, and passports, for Germany personnel.
- Provide Living Quarters Allowance (LQA) administration for Germany personnel.
- Track/oversee personnel relocations to/from overseas assignments.
- Approve AFMS3 personnel timecards (CACI and SAIC).
- Track Extended Work Week (EWW) implementation.
- Process and track Request to Initiate Purchase (RIP), Dependent School Reimbursement, Travel Authorizations (TA), and travel expense reports.
- As directed, create a wide variety of documents, such as reports, spreadsheets, and presentations, that require knowledge of several software programs.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
- SECRET security clearance.
- BA/BS degree.
- Requires a minimum of 3 years’ experience and basic job knowledge of systems and procedures obtained through prior work experience or education.
- Ability to interact with PMs, Financial leads, other CACI personnel, customers, and strategic partners in a professional manner.
- Strong ability to organize and complete multiple tasks.
- Must be a self-starter that requires little supervision.
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
- 5 years’ experience as administrative professional.
- Prior experience working with an Air Force or DoD customer.
