Job Description
CACI's BITS Sector is seeking a Business Systems Analyst Manager in support of the Enterprise Support Information Technology/Chief Information Officer (ES IT/CIO) Business Process Reengineering (BPR) Team in support of the Navy’s Detailing Marketplace Assignment Policy (DMAP), a subset of the Detailing Marketplace Campaign Plan (DMCP).
What You’ll Get to Do:
Supervise a team consisting of professionals, directs and reviews the work of team members in order to accomplish operational plans and results. Provide primary input to hiring, firing, promotion, performance and rewards decisions for direct reports.

Responsible for making moderate to significant improvements of processes, systems or products to enhance performance of job area or demonstrates technical innovation in supporting business objectives. Problems and issues faced are numerous and typically undefined, and require detailed information gathering, analysis and investigation to understand the problem. Problems are difficult and moderately complex. Problems typically impact multiple departments or specialties. Problems are typically solved through drawing from prior experience and analysis of issues.
Establishes or works to implement key elements of tactical and operational plans with measurable contribution towards the achievement of results of the sub-function or completion of a project. Makes significant decisions on what their team of responsibility focuses on or executes as directed. Focus is on short-to mid-term operational plans (e.g., 1-2 years). Develops new products, processes, standards or operational plans in support of the job function strategy.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Requires Bachelor’s Degree in mathematics, statistics, business, law, engineering, social sciences, physical/applied sciences or management discipline such as business administration, accounting, finance, economics or management information technology and 10 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
Requires the ability to influence others outside of own job area on policies, practices and procedures.
Must have an understanding and ability to apply standards, principles, theories, and technical concepts and knowledge of Navy Personnel data and business rules.
Requires active SECRET Clearance.
