What You’ll Get to Do:
The Director of Enterprise Business Systems, Accounting/Finance/HR will lead a team of Developers and Business Analysts responsible for the support, enhancements, testing and operation of Corporate Accounting/Finance and Human Resource systems and integrations. The role requires a comprehensive background in ERP and HR system processes and support. The candidate will establish and maintain a strong partnership and working relationship with the business user groups, service providers and other IT departments. Support is provided in accordance with the business strategic direction and requirements.
Reporting to CACI’s Executive Director of Enterprise Business Systems and working alongside others, you will create the vision and strategy for the Accounting/Finance/HR system support services. You will work to establish clear roadmaps, delivery model, development life cycle, service level objectives, key performance indicators, and reduce technical debt.

- Establish and maintain ongoing relationships with leadership teams and key stakeholders in order to have an ongoing understanding of how IT can best meet their needs and objectives.
- Develop strong working relationships with vendors and other IT departments.
- Lead and develop a technical/analytical team.
- Provide coaching and development feedback to resources, including corrective feedback and performance improvement, when necessary.
- Operate and maintain CACI’s ERP and HR systems consistent with enterprise policy and security controls.
- Set the vision and strategy for ERP and HR system support and lifecycles.
- Develop roadmaps, delivery model, development life cycle, service level objectives, key performance indicators.
- Ensure system enhancements and integrations meet business requirements and priorities.
- Comprehensive understanding of relevant business areas, processes, and systems.
- Participate in developing budget projections based on short and long-term goals and objectives for both O&M and Capital.
- Help resolve competing priorities between stakeholder groups by facilitating stakeholder discussions and escalate issues where appropriate.
- Represent and correctly position the IT service portfolio by explaining options, performance commitments, and strategic alignment.
- Anticipate business customer’s future needs and demands.
- Lead the adoption of business strategy within IT through the refinement of Enterprise Architecture practice.
- Promote a collaborative team environment and provide mentorship.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Business, or applicable field.- 5 years of leadership experience in application support.
- Deep experience with IT service delivery development methodologies, IT General Controls, procedures, principles, and practices.
- Excellent communicator, verbal and written.
- Ability to use creative skills and innovative thinking to solve problems with logical solutions, multi-task and make fact-based decisions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Able to provide sound, objective advice, and analysis.
- Strong interpersonal skills and internal customer facing experience.
- Strong business acumen and proven results in driving optimization, improved customer experience and cost savings.
- Strong supervisor qualities and organizational skills with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and assignments.
- An outcome driven mindset and bias towards action.
- Experience leading IT service improvement efforts to reduce incidents, enhance existing support, and improve customer experience.
- Experience in organizational transformation, strategy, and service delivery optimization
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Working knowledge of service delivery frameworks and methodologies including – Agile, PMBOK, ITIL, etc.- Certification as Project Management Professional (PMP).
- ITIL v3 or ITIL 4 Certification.
