CACI is seeking a Facilities Manager for PM TN S-NOC in coordination with JBMDL and Fort Dix ASA facilities POCs and originate all work all types of work requests in Bldg. 3422 via JBMDL Facilities Support Contract and Maintain Facility Support Continuity Folder at Cookstown, NJ.
What You’ll Get to Do:
Perform Physical Security Duties IAW DISA Traditional Security STIG and associated NIST RMF Physical Security Controls.
Perform associated NIST RMF Physical and Environmental Protection (PE) Security Controls. Following list is not all inclusive:
BLDG 3422 Classified Printer Log Audit
BLDG 3422 Key Control
BLDG 3422 Access Control Rosters
BLDG 3422 IDS Audit
BLDG 3422 Restricted Visitor 30 Day Audit
BLDG 3422 Restricted Visitor Training
BLDG 3422 Emergency Exercise
BLDG 3422 Weekly Structural Integrity Checks
Log incoming material shipments (FedEx, UPS, USPS) in Parcel/Package Logbook. Maintain DA Form 1999 Visitor Sign-In. Direct VAR requests to PM TN Security Office.
Coordinate with JBMDL DRMO Office for equipment removal from Bldg. 3422 and 3424 as necessary, requires physical lifting of obsolete equipment and miscellaneous materials.
Be able to perform Fire Security/Extinguisher inspections per JB-MDL (USAF) instructional requirement in preparation for JB-MDL Fire Marshall unannounced inspections of Bldg. 3422/3424.
Maintain Building 3422 emergency lighting via monthly testing.
POC for all interactions/notifications with respect to Accountability Data for Exercises/Incidents between JB-MDL, IMCOM Atlantic and PM TN SNOC.
Provide basic PM maintenance for all HVAC and Heat Exchangers and Condensate Drains in 3422.
Revise and update the S-NOC Security SOP and Emergency Action Plan (EAP) as required.
JB-MDL Entry Authorization List (EAL). Originate the EAL and deliver to Dix Visitor Center or McGuire Visitor Center.
Perform routine monthly facility management, fire, security, and incoming/outgoing logistics tasking with respects to shipping coordination with JBMDL shipping methods.
Be able to Complete Joint Base MDL required Random Antiterrorist Measure (RAM) exercise and other type exercises with minimal warning.
Completed monthly on-site Facility Manager (FM) Fire, Fuel and Security tasks.
Complete monthly maintenance on the HVAC system.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
US Citizenship is required.
Bachelors Degree in Business Management. Experience of 7 years will be considered to offset Degree Requirements.
Minimum of 3 Years of supporting the integration, installation, operations, and maintenance of DoD Facilities and fielded systems.
Experience updating, troubleshooting and maintaining the NJ National Guard RFMSS database including managing all RFMSS Functional Admin duties.
Existing oversite on facility maintenance/repair, key control, card access system.
Experience supporting engineering plans and projects to establish operating data and conduct experimental tests on a prototype designs and systems.
Ability to learn new tools and technologies and successfully leverage those to effectively complete projects in a timely manner.
The desired candidate will also possess strong oral and written communication skills, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Ability to be challenged with the creative nature to improvise new concepts, new design visions and willingness to learn and self-motivate.
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Military Experience with Facilities Management Specialty.
Experience with the Defense Travel System (DTS).
Understanding of Fiscal Law.
Experience with the Handling and Management of HAZMAT.
