What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front-End Applications Developer position at CACI?
What You’ll Get to Do:
CACI has an immediate need for a Front-End Applications Developer with UI experience, passion, and creative thinking to work in our Frederick, MD office. The developer will collaborate with the development team to design, develop, and test new products/solutions and enhance the UI of existing products.
For the foreseeable future during the pandemic, this position will be Remote. Once concerns subside, the expectation will be that candidates are willing to come into the Frederick office at least 2-3 days per week.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
- Fast learner with at least 2 years of IT/software development experience
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field
- Development experience with C#
- Understanding of object-oriented programming
- Knowledge of markup and/or style sheet languages (HTML, XML, JSON, XAML, CSS)
- Communicates clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
- Passionate about continuous learning
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
- Active Secret security clearance is preferred
- Familiarity with .NET desktop application development (WPF)
- Experience with Web/RESTful APIs
- Familiarity with continuous integration and/or DevOps
- Experience with Agile software development lifecycle
- Understanding of code versioning tools like Git
- Understanding of ORM, SQL and relational databases
- Knowledge of electronic health record standards and tools (HL7, FHIR, Mirth)
