Duties and Responsibilities:
- Performs a combination of clerical tasks to support office, business, or administrative operations, such as maintaining records/logs; searching for and compiling information and data; making and receiving quality assurance phone calls; responding to routine requests by phone, text message, in person, or by correspondence.
- Follows a few clearly detailed procedures in performing simple repetitive tasks in the same sequence.
Required Qualifications:
- Must have High School Diploma or equivalent and two to three years of related experience.
- Must be able to obtain and/or maintain a favorable T5/T5R background investigation and must be cleared prior to start date.
- Excellent time management and administrative skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills to communicate with individuals by telephone, email, and face to face
- Preference to be within driving distance to the CACI Program Management Office located in Chantilly, VA.
Physical Demands:
Normal demands associated with an office environment. Ability to work on computer for long periods and communicate with individuals by telephone, text message, email, and face to face. Must sit or stand to work at a computer, reading and typing, for long periods of time.
Ability to pass a mandatory Pre-Employment drug test.
