This opportunity offers very rewarding and unique benefits, which equates to 50% of compensation on TOP of your base salary! The first part is a tax-qualified profit-sharing retirement plan, to which CACI annually contributes up to 25% of your base salary (not in excess of applicable IRS limits) to your retirement account. The second component consists of an Individual Benefit Account (IBA), which is used for premiums, medical reimbursements, dependent care, education and Paid Time Off (PTO) policy. Both components of the benefit package are paid for by CACI, in addition to your base salary and potential performance bonuses. What You’ll Get to Do:
- Ensure operational effectiveness of deployed systems performing collection and reporting. Lead coordination for an interdisciplinary team of systems and data analysts to support national level customers. Provide guidance, coaching and training to other technical employees within areas of expertise.
- Manage and monitor installed systems; rapidly identifying mission critical signal detection issues.
- Participate in the design of new systems and capabilities and be involved in the full system life cycle and all elements of systems engineering.
- Maintain and improve mission effectiveness across the enterprise
- Maintain awareness of the target environment and deployed systems
- Identify shortfalls and opportunities to improve collection and reporting
- Lead investigation of processing and reporting issues
- Coordinate feedback on data files to ensure quality
- Collaborate with peers to ensure related system baselines are synchronized
- Identify mission highlights and communicate them to customers
- Discover new target capabilities and prioritize targeting:
- Apply configuration files to datasets to characterize routine target activity
- Identify new capabilities of interest to customers
- Enable innovative analysis techniques
- Improve tasking, reporting, and collection processes
- Lead implementation of tools and processes to improve analysis and reporting:
- Provide functional requirements to system developers to improve current software
- Contribute new ideas to improve current software and to create innovative solutions
- Identify new technologies and processes that improve efficiency in providing collection intelligence to the IC
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
- Requires an active clearance TS/SCI, able to submit for Polygraph.
- Requires a BS degree (ECE, CE, or similar) or BA degree and 5 years of related experience in SIGINT technical data analysis or systems analysis
- Experience preparing for and presenting technical briefings to customers
- Excellent communication, documentation, and coordination skills
Required Skills:
- Technical writing and briefing skills
- Knowledge of Intelligence Community (IC) processes, policies and guidance
- Knowledge of SIGINT Intelligence research databases and other community sources
- Ability to work independently, as well as collaborate effectively with data analysts and systems developers
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
- Basic Communications Signals Analysis Course (450/451)
- Experience with digital signal processing hardware and software
- Working knowledge of RF collection systems
- Linux-based experience working with Intelligence Sensor server architectures and operating systems
- CI or Full Scope Polygraph
