Medical Logistics Technician Supervisor

Job Description

CACI is seeking a Medical Logistics Technician Supervisor to join our team at Cannon AFB, NM.  You will use your solid understanding of supply management processes and distribution principles in this role. This effort is to support CACI’s Expeditionary Contingency Medical Materiel (ECMM) Support Services contract that reinforces CACI’s position as an industry leader in supporting the operational and IT needs of the federal logistics community. 

What You’ll Get to Do:

• Responsible for planning, scheduling and managing the demand forecasting and movement of material from receipt at the warehouse to production.
• Developing raw material requirements and scheduling requirements from engineering specifications and production schedules as well as planning and managing material movement with purchasing, warehousing, and production.
• Pulling and replenishing dated items
• Verifying quality assurance data
• Conducting annual and bi-annual physical inventories, as well as prior to and upon return from deployment and/or exercise.
• Coordinates and readies materiel for transportation with local TMO personnel.
• Requests funding from Air Force Medical Readiness Agency (AFMRA) and loads appropriate target funds.
• Ensures funds are properly allocated and projects are appropriately budgeted
• Maintains overall project readiness

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

• Must be able to pass a favorable National Agency Check with Local Law and Credit (NACLC)

• Requires High School diploma or equivalent and related experience or University Degree (BA/BS)
• Ten years logistics experience with six years of specialized Air Force Medical Logistics experience.
• Specialized experience shall include general supply activities, ordering, receiving, customer support, inventory management, warehousing, and operation of various materiel handling equipment.
• Specialized experience shall have taken place in a healthcare or healthcare support environment or setting.
• Requires advanced knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience.
