CACI is seeking an Project Manager to join our Cyber Product Team training effort focused on an Agile/DevSecOps process compliant with the published DoD Enterprise DevSecOps Reference Design. The training team builds, provides, and maintains the capability to train, equip, and support cyber product development teams working in an Agile/DevSecOps environment.
What You’ll Get to Do:
As an Project Manager, you will:
- Coordinate people and processes to deliver initiatives on time, within budget and with the desired outcomes aligned to objectives.
- Manage relationships with stakeholders and project leadership.
- Collaborate with project team members to identify and resolve issues.
- Establish effective project communication.
- Prepare status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information.
- Attend meetings with the Government Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) and/or other stakeholders to review work accomplished, work in progress, plans for future work, transition plans and status, and issues pertinent to the performance of work tasks that require attention.
- Drive best practices and engineering excellence.
- Implement, enforce, and continually improve Agile/Scrum principles and best practices.
- Identify and remove impediments from the project team to ensure adherence to delivery milestones.
- Promote empowerment of the team, ensure that each team member is fully engaged in the project and making a meaningful contribution, and encourage a sustainable pace with high levels of quality for the team.
- Support continuous process improvement while exhibiting the ability to identify waste in the system and improve the overall process to reduce wasted time and redundancy
More About the Role:
This training effort includes both initial training for brand new product teams, refresher training for existing product teams, and delta training as required due to changes to the Agile/DevSecOps software factory. The training team is expected to collaborate with various product teams, Security and/or Test Teams, and the DevSecOps Platform (DSOP) teams to effectively manage a backlog that includes scheduling product teams for training, building, and updating all necessary training materials, and supporting a product design focus that enables product teams to successfully deliver user-value with the appropriate Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) tools and technologies in a DSOP environment.
Services will be performed physically on-site at the customer’s location in San Antonio, TX when required, 1-2 days a week, or through telework for the remainder.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
- US Citizenship is a mandatory requirement
- Top Secret level clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) eligibility
- Ability to obtain Top Secret / Special Access Program (SAP) clearance (if needed)
- BA or BS plus 10 years’ experience is required
- Experience developing training materials
- Demonstrated experience with Agile/Scrum
- 5 years Agile Project Management Experience
- Experience with Visualization Tools and Storyboarding
- Effective interpersonal skills including mentoring, coaching, collaborating, and team building
- Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with an ability to manage competing demands
- Excellent oral and written communications skills and experience interacting with both business and IT individuals at all levels including the executive level
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Work, Excel, PowerPoint)
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
- MA or MS degree
- Experience supporting Federal government projects
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
