What are the responsibilities and job description for the SaaS IT Administrator position at CACI?
CACI is seeking a SaaS IT administrator, responsible for providing mission critical IT in support of DHS’s defense of the homeland. This position requires the highest level of customer service and technical proficiency.
The candidate is responsible for delivering professional, high-quality services directly to the customer, supporting account administration requests, managing accesses/delegations, and supporting additional engineering tasks for a variety of SaaS software to include, but not limited to, Google Workspace, WebEx and Slack.
Strong candidates are willing to take additional training on operating and managing various SaaS products, becoming the Subject Matter Expert in support of those SaaS products.
About the Role:
Manage Google Workspace user accounts, including but not limited to; shared accounts, delegation requests, name changes, account provisioning/terminations, security, etc.
Support customer requests and inquires in support of WebEx account administration, How To questions and operations
Provide break/fix support for any customer inquiries related to SaaS products
Schedules and coordinates customer support for the installation of new software
Documents all requests in ServiceNow ticketing system to ensure all asset and configuration information is up to date.
Reviews pending related tickets daily, updating work details according to DSS ticket management procedures
Performs daily checks related to any SaaS product monitoring tools
Self-motivated and proactive – able to work independently and identify opportunities and develop new ideas for efficiencies
Able to plan and prioritize workload to ensure objectives and tickets are achieved on time.
Willing to learn new technologies and increase technical proficiencies
Required Qualifications:
Ability to obtain a Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Entry on Duty (EOD)
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent 10 applicable years of experience
