CACI’s Operation Support Services Sector (OSS) is seeking an experienced Recruiting Manager with heavy emphasis on Mission and Intel programs, both CONUS and OCONUS. The successful candidate will have a “cannot fail attitude” that shines through while leading a solid team of experienced recruiters. The Recruiting Manager will drive results for a large OG, while also leading TA strategy and the development of recruiters, to be successful in a highly competitive market. The selected individual will also be responsible for cultivating effective relationships with all stakeholders across multiple operating groups. Your strong collaboration, skills, and ability to influence hiring decisions, will prove beneficial when driving the hiring decisions and activities of the recruiting team to meet the Sector’s staffing goals.
What You’ll Get to Do:
- Manage a team of recruiters, supporting a large and complex organizational group within the OSS sector.
- Ability to drive recruiting surge efforts to meet quick turns with stringent timelines
- Track recruiting activities and prepare weekly reports to business leaders as required/requested
- Maintain courteous, professional, and effective working relationships with recruiting team to ensure success.
- Ensure all job requisitions in applicant tracking system, are accurate and reflect program requirements
- Deliver client service to Hiring Managers and candidates while meeting time-to-fill, cost-to-fill and talent quality metrics
- Proactively evaluate and apply new sourcing methodologies to actively identify, cultivate, and grow target candidate pools of top talent
- Engage fully with Hiring Managers on job description development, candidate profile creation, candidate evaluation and selection
- Possible engagement with proposal efforts, researching new requirements and assisting with transition and staffing plans.
- Develop creative sourcing methods to expand visibility and network for potential candidates in a highly-competitive market
- Attend monthly PMR’s and or weekly staffing meetings as required
- Assist with HR tasks, time card approval, quarterly reviews, attend staffing meetings as needed
- May require travel to other CACI offices within the DMV weekly
First Year Performance Targets:
- Ensure that time-to-accept and time-to-fill metrics are consistent with industry standards
- Ensure the team is maintaining or exceeding monthly hiring goals and maintaining an optimal book of business at all times
- Successfully coach and mentor members of the team and hiring managers to improve business outcomes
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years leading complex recruiting efforts/programs/teams OR 10 years of related recruiting experience directly leading a team of 5 or more recruiters
- Proficiency using Excel as a reporting tool (with strong pivoting skills), and ability to provide presentations using PowerPoint
- Ability to vocalize examples of recruiting in a high-volume, fast-paced government consulting/contracting environment
- Understanding of HR practices and DoL/OFCCP Federal compliance
- Working experience with Workday Recruiting, or a similar Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Excellent organizational and analytic skills, with an ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
- Experience with the government contracting process from RFP through contract compliance
- Knowledge of external labor market for recruited positions, including compensation, sources of qualified candidates, etc.
- Recent experience sourcing and recruiting high-level security clearances in the DoD and Intelligence community

Salary : $71,800 - $147,200
