CACI is looking for a Technical Project Manager to support our DoD customer to implement an enterprise IT service delivery model that provides consistent, secure, high-quality, and cost-effective services to enable mission success and improve end user experience across the customer environment. On this program, CACI will deliver enhanced capabilities and services to implement and operate an enterprise ITSM solution, enterprise service desk, endpoint management and security solution, as well as CONUS/OCONUS field support and life cycle support for end user devices to enable the DoD customer to transition focus from IT operations to mission operations.
More About The Role:
- Perform AGILE and SAFe ceremonies for Cyber and Infrastructure teams and facilitate workflow management related to communications management, team resources and access management, division planning, division compliance, and division coordination.
- Provide indirect, and direct, management of Portfolio Managers to ensure project management best practices are standardized and followed.
- Track program requirements and your identified teams’ alignment with deliverables.
- Collaborate with ITSM team within the ServiceNow to align roadmap with strategic objectives; explore and introduce relevant emerging technologies; perform Analysis of Alternatives and present potential solutions that improve program outcomes and recommend investments; provide subject matter expertise on technical and functional topics; maintain awareness of policies, trends, and technologies to provide guidance on best practices; manage personnel to ensure delivery of high-quality work products.
The ideal candidate will bring:
- Experience leading matrixed organizations to bring enterprise scale commercial solutions (e.g. ITaaS, SaaS, PaaS) to the DoD.
- Broad understanding in systems engineering, networking, and cloud to enable engineering teams for success.
- Provide leadership oversight of the entire engineering team and work with senior leadership to enable teams for success, both direct and indirect resources.
- Experience providing systems engineering work, including knowledge of and experience with complex engineering designs and delivery.
- Experience managing an engineering team in conceiving, planning, and conducting research and analysis for complex technological problems of considerable scope.
- Experience with cloud technologies, virtual desktop enterprise environment, rapid prototyping or development, and test and evaluation activities.
You'll Bring These Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, software engineering, business administration, management, or another scientific or technical discipline.
- Must have 10-15 Years of relevant experience.
- DoD recognized advanced certification in Enterprise Architecture (e.g. NDU Enterprise Architecture Certification)
- Active Secret security clearance.
- One or more of the following Project/Program Management certifications: Agile/Scrum Master Professional (PSM), Project Management Professional (PMP), Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
- One or more of the following technical certifications: AWS/Azure Cloud SA Professional, DoD 8570 Baseline Information Assurance Technical (IAT)-II level, ITIL V4 Foundations
These Skills Would Be Nice To Have:
- Master’s Degree in computer science, software engineering, business administration, management, or another scientific or technical discipline.
- Experience in supporting a DoD enterprise environment.
