The Electrologist is responsible for providing outstanding client care through advanced electrolysis treatments. This role is pivotal in enhancing our clients' experience through personalized treatment plans and education. Responsibilities
1. Skillfully perform electrolysis.
2. Answer client questions and empower them with knowledge about hair removal, the expected outcomes, and post-treatment care, ensuring they feel informed and supported.
3. Consistently deliver exceptional customer service to foster client satisfaction and loyalty.
4. Uphold the highest standards of client safety and care, strictly adhering to clinic protocols and regulatory requirements.
5. Maintain client records, documenting treatment zones, treatment adjustments, and observations, while strictly adhering to clinic protocols and confidentiality standards.
6. Engage in continuing education to stay at the forefront of industry advancements, enhancing the quality and range of treatments offered.
7. Schedule client appointments according to clinic guidelines, optimizing workflow.
8. Inform clients about financial commitments and securely process transactions as necessary.
9. Participate in internal meetings to maintain knowledge of industry requirements, support optimal client care, and maintain team collaboration.
10. Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient office environment.
11. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and state & federal regulations.
12. Complete any other duties or special projects as assigned. Position may also be modified to accommodate the specific needs of the business.
Qualifications
• Washington State Master Esthetics License.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English to communicate effectively.
• Ability to pass a criminal background and reference check per company policy.
Physical Requirements
· Role may require standing, walking, squatting, sitting, typing, bending, reaching, twisting, and repetitive hand movements.
· Hearing must be adequate enough to perform job duties in-person, over the telephone, and in virtual meetings.
· Visual acuity must be adequate enough to perform job duties, including visual examination of information from printed sources and computer screens.
· Must be able to remain in a stationary sitting or standing position up to 95% of the time.
· Must be able to lift, carry or otherwise move anywhere from 5 lbs. – 15 lbs.
· Must have the physical ability and dexterity to perform the requisite service.
· Environment may require possible exposure to bodily fluids and other conditions common to a clinic environment.
Working Conditions
· This position will spend 100% of the time in an indoor office environment.
· This position will have intermittent supervision.
· The regular weekly schedule for this position will, working up to, be Monday, Friday, and Saturdays. Exact hours will be decided upon after hired on.
