Primary Purpose:
Review non-real estate loan documentation for proper completion and set up on loan system and verify compliance with applicable regulations.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Review non real-estate loan documentation for proper completion and signatures
- Review loan documents to system for proper set up
- Verify loan documents are completed in compliance with applicable state and federal regulations
- Communicate with branch personnel about loan related questions and issues regarding loan platform system, policy and procedures, regulations and any other general loan questions
- Ensure accuracy of renewals, modifications, and other maintenance transactions related to loans
Job Specifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Close attention to details and good organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to adapt to changing environment as workflow is adjusted for regulatory and process changes
- Loan documentation and processing experience preferred
- Knowledge of state and federal lending regulations preferred
