The Project Manager Position is the cornerstone for communication and project execution providing an outstanding client experience. This full-time position requires an individual who has exceptional interpersonal skills, is outgoing, approachable, can quickly adapt and maneuver in our fast paced and changing work environment.
The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing renovation projects from start to finish, understanding the importance of communication with sub-contractors, our design team, and most importantly the client. You must be able to make quick, yet well-thought-out detailed decisions focused on our values of trust, honesty, transparency, and client satisfaction.
Cadence Cabinetry is growing and we are looking for an Experienced Project Manager to join our family-owned & operated business.
Primary Responsibilities:
Manage renovation projects
- Schedule, plan and oversee all stages of projects
- Process and apply for permits
- Wrap-up projects
Schedule & coordinate subcontractors
- Hire
- Manage
- Follow-up, do quality checks
Communicate with clients
- Respond to client emails and calls
- Attend client meetings at various stages of a project, from planning to post project presentations
General Responsibilities:
Attend weekly managers meeting
Coordinate with Cadence Shop Manager for scheduling of projects and installs
Must be available to work until the job is done which may include evening and weekend calls/meetings
Qualifications:
High school diploma or higher
3 years relevant work experience
Outgoing and approachable personality
Valid driver's license
