Job Description: Detail/Porter
Location: Metairie, LA, 70006
We are seeking a Detail/Porter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing thorough cleaning, washing, and detailing of vehicles, both interior and exterior. They will also apply polishing, waxing, and protective coatings to enhance the appearance of vehicles. Additionally, they will vacuum, shampoo, and steam clean carpets, upholstery, and other interior surfaces.
Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough cleaning, washing, and detailing of vehicles, both interior and exterior
- Apply polishing, waxing, and protective coatings to enhance the appearance of vehicles
- Vacuum, shampoo, and steam clean carpets, upholstery, and other interior surfaces
- Ensure all vehicles are cleaned and detailed to the highest standards
- Assist with moving vehicles around the lot as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in automotive detailing preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
