Job Summary
CADY Photographers are trained and developed to produce premier-level photography in a variety of photography genres. Each Photographer is cross trained and cross scheduled for a variety of session and event types, allowing them to master a wide variety of photography genres. Photographers travel as assigned to schools, event venues, and other offsite locations specific to the event or session they are scheduled to cover. There is no editing required in the Photographer role. Instead, the CADY Photographer is responsible for capturing quality raw images and creating a positive, memorable experience for each customer. Beyond a simple photograph, CADY photographers capture key moments in high school students’ lives.

1. Provide concierge level service to our studio and school customers
2. Exhibit strong soft skills in delivering a positive, unforgettable experience for each customer
3. Use CADY owned photography equipment and trained expertise to capture CADY standard quality photos
4. Travel as needed for events or specific session types as assigned within a variable scheduling model
5. Follow internal procedures and process to ensure accurate and timely processing of images
Additional Responsibilities
6. Test equipment and analyze event or session details prior to use to prepare for successful execution of the event or session
7. Participate in ongoing training as per individual, team, or business specific needs
8. Transport CADY photography equipment to event locations as needed
9. Collaborate with team members to uphold a supportive and cooperative work environment, contributing to a positive work team culture
10. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management team

Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must pass a satisfactory background check
- Valid driver’s license, insured vehicle, and reliable transportation
- Background in photography with at least hobbyist level skills preferred
- Able to work well within a team setting and independently
- Amazing customer service and communication skills
- Willing and able to travel to all school events and studios within a given territory, transporting photography equipment as needed
- Coachable with an ability to learn quickly and produce a quality output
- Able to read and write in English
Physical Requirements and Environmental Factors
- Able to walk or move inside or outside for more than 6 consecutive hours
- Able to work in outdoor weather as needed
- Able to ascend or descend a ladder
- Significant noise and other potential sensory stimulants (i.e., busy retail environment with camera flashes, music, and sometimes crowded area)
- Able to travel as needed by car or plane
- Able to move up to 40 lbs.
- Able to bend or stoop
