Role and Responsibilities This position is at CAE Healthcare, a division of Madison Industries. The Product Manager is responsible for product planning and delivery for CAE Healthcare’s Patient Simulators. As the chief strategist, you will develop a vision, a product strategy and roadmap based on input from customers, internal stakeholders, market research and your own industry insight. You will work closely with the development teams to build industry-leading products and solutions that deliver business impact. This is a remote or hybrid position, based in United States or Canada, reporting to the Senior Manager - Product Management. Are you ready to: Own and drive the commercial success for the Patient Simulation product lines. Be the recognized expert in the business on the product, the market, relevant technology and the competition. Collaborate with CAE Healthcare functions and business partners to understand business needs and develop the product strategy and roadmap. Collaborate with Key Opinion Leaders, physicians, nurses, and manufacturing partners to uncover and identify training gaps. Define market segmentation, product positioning and personas. Write Product Requirements documents and prioritize features. Develop and present business cases for investment in research and development related to the roadmap. Work closely with the Development and other teams to deliver differentiated products that align with the vision, meet market needs and meet high-quality standards. Work with internal stakeholders and third parties to assess and establish partnerships. Develop and execute go-to-market strategies. Perform competitive research and win/loss analysis. Set pricing for SW & HW products, training content and warranty. Deliver a regular volume, revenue and profit forecasts Collaborate with Operations, Customer Service and Development to prioritize and solve quality issues. Perform product demo for key clients. Our ideal candidate has: Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, marketing or engineering or equivalent combination of studies and experience. 5-8 years of Product Management experience in the field of healthcare education. Experience with medical simulation. Experience managing a technical and complex product catalog. Strong financial analytical skills, ability to establish market and financial model. Excellent verbal and written communication skills including strong presentation and interpersonal skills. Must be an organized and detail-oriented individual with a proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple responsibilities and projects. Demonstrated leadership in multidisciplinary teams and a cross functional environment. Ability to influence key decision makers and partners. Experience with a CRM system (i.e. Salesforce). Able to travel up to 20% including domestically and internationally. Preferred: Master’s in business administration. Clinical experience in healthcare. 2 years’ experience in Product Marketing.
