Overview
The Operator performs the benching, chloride test, and hardness test of antenna product using fixtures and hand tools. They will need to follow drawings and process sheets along with verbal instructions in order to meet the product requirements. The documentation and quality requirements will be followed by using written and electronic documentation.
Responsibilities
- Uses precision measuring instruments to ensure conformance with blueprint specifications and tolerances
- Document results by completing reports and logs.
- Run a chloride test using PH meter
- Operate a heat treat oven and use of a hardness tester
- Ability to read and understand process sheets and blue prints.
- Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures; complying with company regulations.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School diploma (or equivalent)
- 2 years of related experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Basic computer skills
- Good manual dexterity
- Good basic math skills
