JOB SUMMARY:
Assists status tier guests with requests for complimentary vouchers and booking amenities in the VIP services area, via telephone or through hosts and authorized gaming personnel.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Inform guests of special upcoming events such as concerts, parties, promotions, etc.
• Assist Executive hosts with completing booking of trips for guests.
• Implement bookings for guests utilizing the VIP services area.
• Assist in special events and promotions as needed. Be prepared to answer questions on promotions and events for guests.
• Exercise sound business judgment generating effective solutions quickly and/or raising issue to management as necessary.
• Issue complimentary vouchers based on established guidelines.
• Maintains up-to-date knowledge of all electronic gaming machines, player tracking systems, promotions, events, entertainment and general property information.
• Assist with Jackpots.
• All other duties as assigned.
