What are the responsibilities and job description for the Massage Artisan - Full time, Spa (Caesars Atlantic City) position at Caesars Entertainment?
KEY JOB FUNCTIONS :
- Provide exceptional care while designing/performing customized massage treatments that address each guest’s individual needs
- Maintain proficiency in all types of body massages offered; keep up-to-date on techniques and certifications
- Ability to communicate and describe in an articulate manner the salon/spa offerings and their benefits, including pricing
- Recommend and up-sell services and products that meet the clients’ needs
- Offer the highest level of personalized service while maintaining a positive, enthusiastic, helpful and professional attitude with all guests and team members
- Demonstrate respect, sensitivity and concern for guests’ needs in a professional manner
- Responsible for ensuring work area is clean and ready for each client prior to their arrival, and for proper sanitation and restocking after each use according to departmental policy
- Maintain clean, organized work area with adequate supplies and attractively displayed retail products
- When not with clients, responsible for assisting with laundry, front desk, and other duties as assigned
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Must possess Massage and Bodywork Therapist Practitioner license from NJ Board of Massage and Bodywork Therapy. Prior experience as massage therapist. Must be certified in CPR or have the ability to obtain certification within 90 days.

Diverse, fast-paced, deadline driven, multi-project coordination, prioritizing and flexing to accommodate last minute requests and changes.
