As a Sales Guard, you will be responsible for providing security and inspection for all vehicles entering or leaving the company property. Essential Job Duties:
- Direct, verify, inspect, and record on the daily record (log) all incoming/outgoing customer/employee vehicles to ensure all parts are invoiced and paid
- Handle incoming parts and returns and ensure they are matched to the paperwork and directed to the appropriate salesperson for action
- Monitor the work areas using security cameras and immediately address any security situations with management.
- Abide by the Company Policies such as attendance, safety, processes, teamwork, training, etc.
- Assumes all other duties as assigned
