What you'll do:
As CAF's Operations Manager, you will have thorough and effective communication skills and need to be comfortable working in a fast-paced organization. Must have a competitive drive, willing to adapt and adjust to changing internal and external customer needs with creative and innovative solutions. CAF is seeking an extremely enthusiastic, passionate and results driven person with outstanding work ethic, "make it happen" attitude and an emphasis on creating and implementing processes. This position covers a broad spectrum of functions and responsibilities which include both operations management as well as manufacturing and procurement.
What You Will Need to Succeed:
- Fit CAF culture and team values
- 5 Years of Operations and Management experience
- Some travel required. Estimated 3-5 trips/year
- Domestic and International
- Bachelor's degree required
- Excellent financial and business understanding
- Process focused with ability to create, refine and/or implement processes
- Proven success in a small, fast-paced and dynamic company
- Strategic thinking and planning / organizational skills preferred
- ERP technology skills
- Full computer proficiency (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Can satisfy pre-employment background check and drug testing

Reports to:
The Operations Manager reports directly to CAF's CEO, Derek Zahajko, who's background is all about Customers Obsession given his long background in strategy and entrepreneurial development. Salary : $96,700 - $122,000
