Café Intermezzo, an iconic brand of 41 years based out of Atlanta, GA embodies the essence of the 300-year-old European Café. You will play a vital role at Café Intermezzo, no matter the day, you set out to provide each guest with an experience filled with warm Hospitality and serving from the heart. We are now interviewing for fun, outgoing, energetic Baristas to be part of our exciting re-opening of our café, on the vibrant corner of Demonbreun Street and 2nd Avenue in Nashville.

What you’ll be doing:

· Sharing your passion for your craft

· Making craft espresso and tea drinks while sharing with the guests and fellow team members your knowledge. Sharing your passion! Making it Fun!

· Plating our cherished cheesecakes, cakes and tortes for our dine-in, to-go and delivery orders

· Serve from the heart with hospitality

· Maintain a fresh, clean, and sanitized workstation

· Restocking inventory and communicating store needs

· Follow health and safety guidelines

What we’re looking for:

· One year experience as a full-service barista

· Great conversational skills and teamwork-oriented

· Positive outlook and inviting energy!

· Must possess basic math, reading and writing skills

· Must be multi-task oriented

This role requires the ability to move fast while making your team members’ and Guest’s day. Also must be able to lift up to 35 lbs.

Standing, sitting or walking for extended periods of time and ensuring a professional appearance in a clean uniform are also required.
