We are seeking to hire a Leasing Attorney. The Leasing Counsel is an integral part of the Legal team and will be responsible for preparing and negotiating retail leases, lease amendments and other related documents with national and regional retailers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare and Negotiate leases, ancillary documents and other documentation
- Provide support for legal matters involving real estate, construction, and environmental-related topics
- Provide support on projects and company initiatives
- Reviews contracts and agreements, not limited to real estate
- 3-7 years of experience as an attorney, preferably in the real estate industry
- Strong communication, negotiation and writing skills
- Detail-oriented, intelligent, and organized
- Positive outlook and a professional demeanor
- Comfortable working in group setting and as part of a team
- Adept at working in a fast-paced environment that requires flexibility
