A DAY IN THE LIFE:
- You create relationships with every guest while promoting a healthy lifestyle and by inspiring grateful conversations.
- You create excitement and fun around our culture, products and community, and you go above and beyond to exceed their expectations.
- You are knowledgeable and up to date on company communication, priorities and any additional information required by the managers; you educate with guest-facing initiatives on the restaurant floor.
- You assist in preparing the store for the daily operations.
- You utilize the Point of Sale system to accurately and efficiently process guest transactions payments, refunds/exchanges and gift cards.
- You are aware of company safety policies and procedures, and you work in partnership with your team to ensure a safe workplace.
- You demonstrate exemplary community education in every guest interaction, and you explain the “why” behind The Question of the day and Menu Affirmations.
- Under the direction of the Store Manager/Assistant Manager/Key Leader, you perform/complete other additional projects, duties and assignments as required and/or by request.
