  • Minimum 1 years’ experience a plus working with desserts and coffees
  • Team player needed, able to work well with others, maintains cleanliness of work station and kitchen.
  • Able to stand for long periods at a time
  • Able to follow detailed directions as given by Pastry Chef/Manager
  • Able to bake pastries and set up various food items for display cases and prep desserts throughout the day.
  • Ensure standards of quality are met or exceeded at all times
  • Follow all rules, policies and procedures
  • Follow company safety and sanitation goals and policies
  • Follow and adhere to standardized recipes
  • Expertise/ know how with making various coffee beverages customer service, taking room service orders, working Pos system etc. Will train.
  • Availability to work mornings, afternoons evenings,late nights,weekends and Holidays
  • Ability to work with little supervision after initial training
  • Ability to follow verbal instructions as well as recipes exactly as they are written by the Chef
  • Be focused and punctual(tardiness is not acceptable)
  • Have a great attitude, willing to learn all aspects of working to succeed in a fun environment
  • Have an up to date NYC Food Handlers Certificate is mandatory in applying for this position
  • -Capable of lifting up to 25 lbs, clean professional attire required. Baking and equipment knowledge a plus
  • Individuals serious on working need only apply!
  • -Fluent in English

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $16.50 per hour
