Job Posting for Supply chain coordinator at Cafe Valley Bakery
Position summary : This position supports all aspects of the supply chain team and will need to work with direct and indirect supervision.
The primary focus is coordination of all inventory related activities for the six outside storage facilities. This function also includes daily / weekly support for the buyer, transportation coordinator and Supply Chain Director.

Responsibilities
Essential functions and responsibilities :
- Consistent and dependable attendance
- External warehouse coordination :
1. Timely invoicing of all orders shipped from outside warehouses.
2. Transfer of materials within the system (inventory receipts)
3. Weekly balancing of external inventories.
4. Replenishment order placement and tracking.
5. Approval of 3
party invoices for storage.
6. Manage inventory and create replenishment plan -Supply Chain Transfers
- Manage Bought Out items and create Purchase Orders PHX to Marion
- Back up for daily functions in transportation and customer service.
- Special projects as assigned Current Build Schedule responsibilities for Marion / PHX - bought out and produced items.
Success factors / job competencies :
- Competent math skills and deductive reasoning to ensure accurate transactions and investigations.
- Ability to learn rules, regulations, company guidelines, etc. and apply to situations.
- Ability to read and follow directions.
Required Skills
Qualifications required :
High school diploma
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Access and Power Point.
Experience in a
food
manufacturing or warehouse environment.
Working knowledge of GMP’s
Qualifications desired :
Knowledge and use of inventory tracking software and WMS systems.
Experience in multi-warehouse load management.
