CAI is seeking a Neurodivergent Jr DevOps Analyst for a Top Banking Institution. This is a HYBRID opportunity. Our client is based in Columbus, OH.

Responsibilities and Duties:
The Jr DevOps Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
Support and execute automation scripts to support CI/ CD efforts.
Provide recommendations to improve existing scripts.
Analyze and offer architectural CI pipeline improvements for Automation design.
Perform code reviews to assist with root cause analysis.
Develop test cases, scenarios, and scripts based on user stories, business requirements, and technical specifications.
Assist teams with test design and automation for all types of testing, including system, regression, functional, end-to-end, data integrity.
Participate proactively in standup meetings, sprint planning, story grooming sessions, team retrospectives, and implementing improvements.
Adhere to bank policies and procedures.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field.
Have an understanding of Agile software development methodologies and understanding of sprint ceremonies.
Exposure to PowerShell, Python, Perl, or related products & solutions scripting languages, frameworks, and automation capabilities.
Understanding of multiple Operating Systems, Infrastructure solutions, Application technologies & Tooling including Linux platforms.

Physical Demands
