Cairn Communities has a new opportunity for a Property Manager for the Pine Creek Estates 19724 E. Pine St Catoosa, OK 74015. This role will oversee the daily operations, maintenance, and rent collections at our 164-site mobile home community. We are growing, and we want you to grow with us!

Position Summary: Responsible for performing all administrative duties for the manufactured housing community and delegating all supportive functions.

Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Collect rent, lease and/or home payments from community residents based on the terms of the residents’ leases. Ensure community tenants comply with their lease terms and the community rules and regulations. Follow and practice all Federal, State and Local fair housing laws. Prepare rental and renewal agreements with residents according to appropriate procedures. Sell home inventory to prospective tenants, and provide community tours to prospective tenants, as required.

Education/Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Certificates and Licenses: Valid driver's license and must meet insurance underwriting requirements.

Knowledge, Skills, and Other Abilities: Bilingual in both Spanish and English preferred, but not required, time management skills, problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $35,740.00 per year

Experience:

  • Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • Driver's License (Required)
