The Role:
- Aggressive and effective Accounts Receivable skills (including current and aging/delinquent files). **Experience in QuickBooks/Method programs a big plus.
- Receive and Update field technicians daily call-in logs of work completed.
- Assist in scheduling/confirming appointments & following up on reoccurring services, on a daily basis as needed.
- Screening and facilitating incoming phone traffic throughout the office. Assist clients on incoming calls.
- Fielding/Screen incoming sales calls/emails via the internet as well as organic inquires.
- Assist with Management assigned office tasks as needed.
- Assist with customer billing questions/explanations.
- Assist with customer walk-in service transactions.
- Work with and properly maintain petty cash.
- Assist with helping keep up to date office records and files.
- Assist with record filing.
- Have basic knowledge/experience with using Microsoft Word, Outlook, PayPal, and QuickBooks.
- Maintain organization and efficiency throughout job function.
The Type of Person We Are Looking For:
· Confident, excellent phone skills mentality.
· Must have 1- 2yrs office assistance/customer service/sales experience.
· Have basic knowledge/experience with using Microsoft Word, Outlook, PayPal, and QuickBooks
· Business-to-business Accounts Receivable and customer service experience.
· Someone who can work in a small family business environment.
· Can work in a casual but fast paced environment.
· Must have valid drivers license.
· Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
· Must have proof of documentation to prove your right to work in the United States.
What’s in It For You....
Earn $19.00- $22.50 per hour based on experience!
· Hourly Base Pay.
· Bonus opportunities available after 90 days if qualified!
· Monday – Friday full-time day shift
· 90-day probational period. Qualifies for 401k and medical benefits after 6 months.
