Job Duties:
- Follow company and department standard/ SOPs
- Coordination with Client AOR/ Developer/ EEOR/ SEOR/ EOR’s
- Perform Solar design intake, Coordination Markup Drawings, solar shop drawing deliverables
- Lead Solar Drafters in providing complete and accurate code compliant Solar Plansets
- Coordinate carport / & major structural drawings as required with mfg.
- Review & QC solar plansets, obtain Shop Drawing Approvals
- Coordinate EE & SE Review/ Calcs/ Stamp
- Submit, Track, & follow-up on projects through AHJ plan-check via permit runner team/ online-
submittals - Coordinate with interconnection specialist on IX submittals
- Assist in high level tracking of project metrics vs company production goals (Avg. 1 typical IFP
set per design engineer, per week, weighted) - Ensure Project Engineers are well resourced, supported, & Motivated
- Maintain sense of urgency and ensure deliver of plansets in a timely manner.
- Mentor and help guide (be a resource to) 1-2 newly hired Design Engineers after 9 months
- Occasionally Assist Dir. of Engineering in streamlining engineering processes through innovation
and automation - Occasionally Assist Dir. of Engineering in improving SCOOP PM Platform & LOOXY dashboards

The starting annual base pay for this role is between USD $80,000 and $110,000. The actual base is dependent upon many factors, such as: location, training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
