Calabri Health offers the highest level of outpatient behavioral health care services. Our clients receive individualized treatment plans based on their needs, strengths, abilities, and preferences. Our goal is to assure that our behavioral healthcare services exemplify quality and efficiency. We primarily serve members of the community from the ages of five to twenty-one years of age. Must be proficient in Microsoft, Excel, Google Docs, Word and Powerpoint.
Requirements: Candidate must have 3 yrs experience as an office assistant or administrative assistant in a fast-paced office. You must be able to prioritize tasks and have excellent problem solving skills.
Successful candidates must have a passion for helping adolescence with behavioral challenges. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated, self starter with problem solving skills. We are looking for someone is interested in growing with the organization as there is great room for advancement. The responsibilities of the office assistant would include but is not limited to processing and tracking new clients and staff members, accurately filing medical documents, completing intake forms, setting reminders about upcoming meetings, auditing charts, creating certificates of completion and pulling reports. Must be able to communicate effectively with a diverse population of clients both orally and in writing, including the submission of written reports and documentation of treatment information in a timely manner. Must have excellent interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, and be able to demonstrate patient-centered values behaviors.The position of Office Assistant II would require an individual who is very detail-oriented, extremely organized, and capable of working in a fast-paced, high-demand office. The responsibilities include but are not limited to the daily filing of critical documents, processing intakes, data entry, record keeping, engaging with clients, and other community stakeholders. The Administrative Assistant may be required to run short errands and perform community based services such as case management as well.
Training and support will be provided to the perfect candidate. The ideal candidate will have an interest in growing in the area of Behavioral Health and moving up within the organization.
