As the Director of Sales Operations, you will play a critical role in optimizing our sales processes, improving sales productivity, and driving revenue growth.

What you'll be doing:

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales operational excellence and effectiveness
  • Lead and manage a team of sales operations professionals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success to ensure alignment and success
  • Oversee sales forecasting, territory planning, quota setting, and incentive compensation
  • Analyze sales performance and provide actionable insights to sales leadership
  • Identify and implement sales tools, systems, and technologies to enhance sales productivity
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize sales processes and increase operational efficiency
  • Keep up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in sales operations
